The Care Plan covers any WordPress installation, whether we built it or not. If you have an existing WordPress site that you'd like us to look after, get in touch and we'll take a look and give you an honest assessment.
Usually within a few days of getting in touch. We'll need access to your WordPress admin and hosting. We'll guide you through what's needed and handle the setup from there.
If something goes wrong, we act fast. Daily backups mean we can restore your site quickly. With the security add-on in place, most threats are caught before they cause any damage. If a full cleanup is needed, we'll handle it and keep you informed throughout.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. We bill month to month and you can cancel with reasonable notice. We'd just ask that you give us a heads up so we can hand everything back to you cleanly.
